Valve bags: woven, film and paper laminate

For automatic filling of powders and granules. Bag type, material layers and printing are agreed against the filling material, equipment and transport conditions.

  • Reference MOQ100,000 pieces
  • Lead timeConfirmed per specification and order
  • Main materialsWoven fabric + inner film + kraft paper

Overview

The valve bag uses woven fabric as its structural layer, laminated with inner film and kraft paper, and is filled automatically through the valve. It suits continuous powder and granule filling on packaging machines.

Bag construction, material layers and printing are agreed item by item before production. We do not offer fixed specification commitments before drawings and samples are confirmed.

Materials and construction

Three material groups form the bag body. Layers and grammage can be adjusted per order, and an additional film layer can be added to the existing construction.

  • Woven fabricTape extrusion from virgin material and weaving on double-width circular looms, forming the structural layer.
  • Inner filmThree-layer co-extruded film, laminated to balance moisture protection and air release.
  • Kraft paperFully bleached wood-pulp extensible paper, tested on arrival for water resistance, tensile strength and elongation.
  • Optional film layerAn additional film layer on the existing laminate, agreed against moisture and printing requirements.

Material ratios, layer thickness and grammage follow the order drawing and sample. Unverified values are not published.

Customisation

The following items go into production once drawings and samples are confirmed. There is no fixed model range.

  • Dimensions and bag type
  • Material layers
  • Bag weight
  • Printing
  • Air permeability
  • Paper-plastic lamination

Air permeability and paper-plastic options depend on the filling equipment and material characteristics.

Ordering information

  • Reference MOQ100,000 pieces (confirmed by specification)
  • Lead timeConfirmed per specification and order
  • PrintingPer customer artwork and colour sample
  • Air permeabilityPer filling material and equipment
  • PackingPalletised, stretch-film protected

MOQ and lead time vary with specification, material and quantity. Payment terms are agreed in the order.

On drop resistance and 射包率 (bag-feeding continuity)

Drop resistance describes how the bag body withstands handling and dropping. 射包率 describes jamming during continuous automatic bag feeding.

Both depend on bag type, material, filling equipment and test conditions. Without those conditions we do not publish a single figure or promise that jamming will not occur.

The exact metric definition and test conditions will be provided once confirmed. The Chinese term 射包率 is retained pending industry review of the English equivalent.

Frequently asked questions

How are dimensions confirmed?
From the filling material, packaging machine specification and pallet or transport method. You can send an existing bag sample or drawing for comparison before tooling and scheduling.
How is the air permeability option chosen?
It depends on material fineness, air content and filling speed, and should be confirmed by testing on the filling equipment rather than from bag type alone.
What about MOQ and lead time?
Reference MOQ is 100,000 pieces; lead time is confirmed with the order and varies with quantity, material and printing process.
Can you print our brand?
Yes. Printing is confirmed against customer artwork and colour samples; centre-seam, tube and panel printing can all be discussed.
