Valve bag materials and lamination
The bag body combines woven fabric, inner film and kraft paper. Material layers, grammage and printing are agreed item by item against the filling material, transport distance and filling equipment.
- Extrusion and weavingTape extrusion from virgin material and weaving on double-width circular looms, which makes flatness easier to control in multi-layer bag bodies.
- Liner and laminationA three-layer co-extruded inner film, laminated to balance moisture protection and air release during filling.
- Kraft paperFully bleached wood-pulp extensible paper, tested on arrival for water resistance, tensile strength and elongation.
- PrintingCentre-seam, tube and panel printing, confirmed against customer artwork and colour samples.
From tape extrusion to packing, on our own lines
The sequence below follows our current documentation. The actual route for each bag type is confirmed by production.
Tape extrusion
PP tape extrusion from virgin material, controlling tape width and strength.
Circular weaving
Fabric woven on double-width circular looms, making flatness easier to control in multi-layer bag bodies.
Coating / lamination
Inner film and kraft paper laminated onto the fabric, balancing moisture protection and air release.
Printing
Centre-seam, tube and panel printing, confirmed against customer artwork and colour samples.
Bag making / sewing
Valve bag forming, bottom sealing and sewing, executed to the bag drawing.
Packing
Palletised and wrapped in stretch film, then dispatched per order.
