From tape extrusion to packing
The main steps from tape extrusion to packing run in our own factory. Equipment, process and testing are described as they are on site; we do not extrapolate capacity.
Main process steps
The sequence below follows our current documentation. The actual route for each bag type is confirmed by production.
- 01Tape extrusionPP tape extrusion from virgin material, controlling tape width and strength.
- 02Circular weavingFabric woven on double-width circular looms, making flatness easier to control in multi-layer bag bodies.
- 03Coating / laminationInner film and kraft paper laminated onto the fabric, balancing moisture protection and air release.
- 04PrintingCentre-seam, tube and panel printing, confirmed against customer artwork and colour samples.
- 05Bag making / sewingValve bag forming, bottom sealing and sewing, executed to the bag drawing.
- 06PackingPalletised and wrapped in stretch film, then dispatched per order.

Quality control
Checked item by item from incoming material to dispatch, against the order and drawing.
- Incoming material testingKraft paper is tested for water resistance, tensile strength and elongation, and drop-tested.
- In-process checksPrinting, lamination and bag making are checked against the order drawing, colour sample and sample bag.
- Packing and dispatchPalletised with stretch-film protection, with transport arranged per order.
Certifications
Our existing documentation mentions quality and environmental management system certification, high-tech enterprise status and industry titles. The certificate holder, number, scope and validity are being verified; specific certificates and marks are not displayed here until that is complete.

Packing and transport are arranged per order, with support for export formalities.
